Step 2 -Send Your Device to us
We provide Free USPS Shipping Label for all our trade-ins. Print it out, pack and ship the item you would like to sell.
Your shipping label is valid for 14 days to ship out and make sure you get the best price. Items sent after 14 day period will be adjusted to reflect the prices offered at the date the item is received.
We highly recommend that you pack your device carefully to avoid any damage while in transit. The best way is to bubble wrap the device evenly before putting it into a package. Drop your package off at your local USPS location and obtain a drop off receipt for your records. It minimizes any risks during shipping.
Step 3 - Get Paid
Once your device has arrived at our facility, it will be inspected same day.
After the device passes through inspection and is accepted, we will initiate your payment within 24 hours through Check, PayPal or Zelle.
If your offer is modified for any reason, you will have 3 days to respond to our adjusted offer email. If you are not satisfied we will return your device back. In case we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will go ahead and send your payment in the corrected offer amount.
